HOW TO ORDER
If you would like to place an order, please go to shop.
You can pay for your order with IDeal, Fasterpay or Giropay. Payments to Gray Label are safely conducted through MultiSafepay’s payment system. They guarantee that your transaction will be made securely. As soon as your payment has been received, Gray Label will complete your order and deliver it to you within the stipulated delivery time. Please note that International orders may take longer to process and deliver.

Your packages will be handled via PostNL or UPS (for non EU) post for all shipment and delivery services. Please do note that TNT Post does utilize local partners as carriers in other markets outside The Netherlands.
For deliveries in the Netherlands the postage is always the same, regardless of the quantity ordered. The costs are € 4,95. For orders of over € 100 we don’t charge any costs (Excluding the Tipi Tent).
Europe: €15.00 Outside Europe: depends on the country.
Within The Netherlands
Within The Netherlands PostNL states to deliver envelopes and packages within 2 working days. You will receive your order 5 working days at the latest after receiving your payment.
Europe, other countries
Envelopes will be sent via Priority post which is twice as fast as standard shipping. Expected shipment time within Europe is two to four working days. Expected shipment time for all other countries is between four to six working days. Packages will be shipped by standard post in order to keep shipping costs down to a minimum. Expected shipping time within Europe is four to seven days, and eight to twelve days for all other countries.Please note that this information is an indication provided by PostNL and that we cannot guaranty any delivery time based on this information.
As soon as the order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled. The reason for this is that the orders will be processed immediately, to achieve the shortest possible delivery period. Of course articles can be exchanged or returned, with the exception of customized articles. Click here for more information about our exchange and return policy.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If the merchandise does not meet your expectations, then it can be exchanged. However, there are certain conditions attached to this process.
If the colour or the size of the article does not meet your expectations, then you may exchange your order, or certain products within the order. Within 5 days of receiving your order, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating in writing your intention to return the specific article from your order. In this email you must indicate the specific product(s) that you wish to return and provide us with the order number associated with the order. At this time, you can also inform us of the article that you wish to receive in exchange. You can then post the envelope, or the package with the article you wish to exchange, back to Gray Label. You are responsible for the postage costs of the returned article. We hold the right not to accept returned packages and envelopes where the postage costs have not been completely paid for.
We strive to deliver the best possible products. If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order (or certain products within an order), then you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order. You must first send an email to email@example.com informing us of the products you wish to return, the order number of the order and your bank account number. Please also inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service. Our return address is:

Once we have received your email informing us of your intention to return articles from your order, and we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. Once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the costs for return postage) into your bank account within 5 working days.
Articles that have been purchased with a discount or in sale may not be returned or exchanged.
Returned or exchanged products must still have their original labels attached to them, and must be returned in the original wrapping. Articles will not be accepted if:
1. it has been worn or washed, 2. you have attempted to mend a fault or mistake in the clothing yourself,3. you have not followed the washing or general instructions correctly.
Satisfied customers are of major importance to Gray Label. In case you have any complaints about our products or services, please let us know. We request you to notify us as soon as possible by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) We will do our utmost to solve the problem as soon as possible, in mutual understanding. When notifying us, please also provide your email address and/ or telephone number, so we can contact you.

On all offers, orders and agreements of Gray Label attached Terms and Conditions will apply. The acceptance of an offer or the placing of an order imply that the purchaser automatically accepts the stipulations set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
